Wind Turbine Tower Cleaning
Remote-operated cleaning for steel wind-turbine towers.
Wind-turbine towers present tall curved steel surfaces where cleaning or repair work can be difficult to access and exposed to changing site conditions. Conventional methods may require personnel to work at height, with access planning and weather windows affecting how the work is scheduled. A remotely operated tower-cleaning robot provides a way to treat suitable areas while the operator controls and supervises the work away from the immediate cleaning point. A related repair robot can be considered where the project includes a separate maintenance scope. The intended outcome is a more controlled approach to accessible tower sections and less direct exposure for the team, not a promise that every area can be treated in one pass. Tower material, surface condition, access, environmental controls and the planned task are checked during technical assessment before equipment is selected.
