A 4U, 8-GPU server with cold-plate cooling for CPUs and GPUs and PCIe 5.0 expansion.
The GO448-X4 is a high-performance 4U heterogeneous-computing server with an open-loop cold-plate liquid-cooling design. Dual 4th/5th Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors support cTDP up to 350W, while the platform accommodates eight liquid-cooled GPUs. PCIe 5.0 and 32 DDR5 DIMM slots provide high-bandwidth expansion and memory access. Twelve hot-swappable 3.5″ or 2.5″ drive bays support large-capacity storage and fast data access. Redundant power options are 2000W, 2700W or 3200W in 2+2 or 3+1 arrangements.

CPU and GPU cold-plate cooling
Cold plates cool both CPUs and GPUs. Flow and flow resistance are defined through measurement to support liquid-cooled data-centre deployment and reduce overall PUE.
High-performance parallel computing
Dual processors and eight GPUs deliver up to 12PFLOPS of mixed computing performance for compute-intensive workloads and professional AI applications.
High-bandwidth PCIe 5.0
PCIe 5.0 doubles the bandwidth of PCIe 4.0, with x16 bidirectional bandwidth reaching 128GB/s.
